Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (holidays, special launches, sales), processing times may be slightly longer. -
Delivery Times and Methods
Shipments are made via reliable couriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, GLS, or Poste Italiane) with tracking included. -
Italy: estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

European Union: estimated delivery within 3–7 business days

Outside the EU: delivery times vary depending on the destination country

Please note that these times are estimates and not guaranteed. Any delays caused by the courier or due to force majeure are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

Send us a written request including your order number.

You will receive instructions for returning the product.

The product must be returned within 14 days of sending the withdrawal request, in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Refund
Once we receive and verify the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order (unless otherwise agreed). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Products Excluded from Returns
The following items cannot be returned:

Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for replacement or refund at no additional cost.
